Delivery within New Zealand

Goods which are in stock or available through our New Zealand distributors will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of your order. Some products (if not in stock) may take between 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered. We'll let you know if your goods are on back order.

Damaged or faulty merchandise

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
